TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms apply to all bookings made with FRUITRIP HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.

2. Pricing

Prices are subject to availability and may change due to:

Currency fluctuations
Airline/hotel revisions
Government taxes

3. Visa Services

The Company facilitates visa processing through authorized third-party agents.

Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy/Consulate.

The Company does not guarantee visa approval and shall not be held liable for any rejection.

Visa fees and processing charges are non-refundable once submitted.

4. Third-Party Services

Flights, hotels, transport, cruise, and other services are provided by third-party vendors. The Company acts only as a facilitator and shall not be liable for deficiencies in services provided by such vendors.

5. Fixed Departures

For fixed group departures:

Payments once made may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on vendor policy.
Minimum group size requirements apply.
Schedule changes may occur due to operational reasons.

6. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Government restrictions
War, strikes, pandemics
Airline cancellations

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer to the Company.

8. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
