Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation charges will apply as per the following structure:

More than 30 days before departure: Booking amount non-refundable
15–30 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% non-refundable

2. Visa Rejection

In case of visa rejection:

Visa fees and processing charges are non-refundable.
Other refunds depend on vendor cancellation policies.

3. Cancellation by Company

If the Company cancels due to operational reasons, customers will receive either:

Alternative travel option
OR
Refund after deducting non-recoverable vendor charges

4. Refund Timeline

Eligible refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days.
